Without a doubt it's the Jaime and Brienne bath scene at Harrenhal. Very powerful scene.

Agree. Let's face it: there have been a lot of great scenes in Game of Thrones which is one of the reasons for the show's popularity.

Definitely. Even the "boring" episodes have amazing scenes.
Some of my other personal favorites are the scenes with Tywin owning Joffrey:

Honestly, any scene with Tywin having to confront members of his family are great. All 3 children are such bitter disappointments to him, and he treats all of them like shite.
