The 90s were all about some awesome Christmas movies

That being said, it's Christmas Vacation and then everything else for me.

60s: A Charlie Brown Christmas

70s: I honestly can't think of one at this moment

80s: Christmas Vacation, which also happens to be my #1 of all-time

90s: Home Alone/Home Alone 2

2000s: Elf

2010s: I think The Night Before has the potential to take this spot

What I get from this, the 70's sucked for Christmas movies. There was that "Star Wars Holiday Special".

I have never watched -2000s: "Just Friends"," "Love Actually"

I think I would add the 80's ver. of "A Christmas Carol" George C. Scott and 2000's -"The Polar Express"

If you put me in a spaceship and gave me only these 5 movies to watch for the rest of my life, i wouldn't be that upset.

from the 70s, i've always liked Albert Finney's version of Christmas Carol, "Scrooge". He's been the best Scrooge, imo, he's such a great actor. I've watched it since i was a little girl so it's been a Christmas staple in my home every year.
