Best and Worst -- TV Show to Film

Last thread of the night I'll start but had to get this out:
Worst ever: The Avengers. Cool though dated British series and godawful film. Completely wasted the cast. Pathetic.
Best? I'm stumped. The Twilight Zone film was okay. Star Trek 2 and the recent reboot were entertaining but not classics. Lot of really bad ones. What am I overlooking?

I agree. Overall, the movie was good to watch, but the movie Jim Phelps was out-of-character with the old tv show Jim Phelps.
