I just watched all 3 Back to the Futures and Thomas Wilson killed it playing Middle-aged Biff, teenage Biff, Gramps Biff, Griff and Mad-Dog Tannen.
Close 2nd: Eddie Murphy in the Nutty Professor.

Wilson was also the gym teacher in freaks and geeks
And he was spectacular as multiple biffs
I'm going throw willem Defoe in shadow of the vampire out there, unreal creepy

Danny Huston in the proposition
Ray Winstone in a lot of stuff

Is that Billy Zane in the first pic?

Yes it is.
I never noticed BZ in BTF until now.
It was his first credited role, too.

I like this one. "Sugar now!!"
Did he get a lot of pub for Full Metal Jacket cause he was excellent in that. He may have been overshadowed by Ermey the Drill Sergeant

Gary Oldman gets plenty of recognition

Jackie Gleason in Smokey and the Bandit
Jeremy Piven in Grosse Pointe Blank
Mickey Rourke in Sin City
JK Simmons in everything he has ever been in (to a lesser degree, true of Piven's film work)

Definitely true in Fifth Element and True Romance - over the top without drifting into satire is awfully tough. Did it standing on his head in those films.

unfortunately, a lot of people who couldn't pick him out of a lineup, except from the batman movies, so i disagree...i guess it's because his appearance is so different in many of his roles.
