Yup. I'm really thinking Slade has some connection to Chase. He wanted to get into Argus to find out where they're keeping him.

I agree. Good episode after that olicity crap last week. I might have missed it, but did they ever show Rene after he bailed on the hearing? If not, Chase definitely kidnapped him.
Also, did anybody else catch the convo between Ollie and Anatoli on the island? Anatoli gave Oliver a bag with stuff to make him look like he really was on the island the whole time. That helps solve that plot hole on how his beard grew so much

Nope, I think we're supposed to assume Chase has him in some way.
