Are We In a New Golden Age of Late Night TV?

Fallon, Kimmell, Conan, and now Colbert all have 10-10:30PM late night shows. I am a fan of the first 3, and Colbert could have a really great show too! I can't remember a time when there were this many good hosts on late night talk shows. People say Carson was great, but there was also no other great option.
Now you have something for everyone:
- Fallon for sketches, celebrity games, thank you notes, awesome band
- Kimmel for view youtube videos (hey jimmy kimmel...), unnecessary censorship, Matt Damon
- Conan - Off the wall humor, Andy Richter, great monologues, good recurring characters
- Colbert - Mentalist (if it sticks), good interviews, maybe more political guests?
Now you have something for everyone:
