My wife and I both really want to see it. She loves documentaries and I was working with Steve on several projects when he was diagnosed. I remember being so sad when we all found out, but that dude has made a rainbow out of a hurricane.

I saw it last Friday in NOLA. I don't know about him making any rainbows. He has done great things but it has been extremely hard. It's a great documentary but hard to watch. Not a dry eye in the theater. Still thinking about a couple of the scenes in that film.

it's brutal
the scene with Steve and his wife in the bedroom arguing destroyed me
and all the scenes with Steve and his son...

I got to know Steve a little bit when he was still playing and I was a manager at the Hyatt, we used to have internal saints events and meetings there pretty regularly. Without fail, if it was a meet and greet type event Steve would show up in flip flops, shorts and a a ponytail...it was pretty funny. He's a different sort of dude and it's clear that much of what he was has helped with what he now has to face
