I'm not religious and found it very moving. Just the story of the love and sacrifice. Alot of people found it corny. Oh well.

I would say most people found it moving.

There are many that are very upset that people found it moving, and will never concede a positive aspect of the movie.

It was a good movie. It was very moving. Parts of it brought me to tears as many good dramatic fiction movies do.

Exactly.

It was obviously fiction, and it is not completely biblical. . .but probably a pretty accurate depiction of the torture and execution of Christ.

Objectively, it was an amazing film, with a couple of REALLY great performances.

Have any movies about God ever been good?

The Ten Commandments is an awesome movie. Also, Bells of St. Mary's (Bing Crosby) is really good as well.

And I must say Sister Act was pretty enjoyable

If we are talking religious fiction, have you ever seen The Seventh Sign with Demi Moore? A decent movie that uses the Book of Revelation as a basis.

What specifically was flawed about "The Passion of the Christ"?

Ben-Hur
The Joan of Arc movie with Ingrid Bergman
The Agony and the Ecstasy
Becket
Inherit the Wind. The part at the end where the supposed atheist lawyer starts quoting scripture is pretty good.
Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Not a big fan myself, but the Chronicles of Narnia. C.S. Lewis intentionally made many parts of that series religious allegories.

There are also aspects of Lord of the Rings that are intentionally religious in nature.
