I disagree. I saw Avatar in 2-D and 3-D, it was a much better viewing experience in 3-D. It's only a few more dollars, quit being a cheapskate. Not all movies should be in 3-D though.

While I generally stay away from the 3D movies, I think there are some that should be seen in 3D - Alice in Wonderland, for example.

Yeah I'm here... Girlfriend wanted dinner and a movie Had to get up for work at 5... And have to get up at the same time tomorrow morning... Needless to say these kids are getting on my nerves...

Avatar is the exception. If Alice in Wonderland was made with the same engine Avatar was, then hell yeah I'd see it in 3-D, but it wasn't and is just crap coming out at you.

I think I want to see it, but I'm going to wait until some friends go to see it first. I HATE paying for a movie if I don't know I'll like it.

I refuse to leave a theater once I've paid for tickets, popcorn, soda, and a sitter. As a result I really don't go see anything on opening weekend.
