I really liked seeing Tate, the twins and 3 tits having happy endings. They executed that perfectly. And I was really happy to see all of the freaks back together. I think Elsa should have suffered something though. She was the reason they all died after all.

Kind of let down, kind of not. This season is still behind asylum and murder house for me.

That was worse than anything last season. I'm beyond rustled right now.
No way.
No way that shite is worse then half a episode dedicated to a Stevie Nicks performance. Not even close.

I put it ahead of asylum but they are so close it's nearly a tie. Murder House is still far and away the best. They need to keep Violet off the show. She's fricking horrible if she's not playing a emo teenager. Coven was just a shite show. I don't know what they were thinking with the last season.

Myrtle and the ax man were the only 2 things I really liked about last season.

Axe Man was the only thing I can say I liked. It was very much a "GIRL POWER!" type of season.

I know they wanted a good sendoff for Lange because this is supposedly it for her on the show, but that was shite. Last week would've been a much better finale.

I disagree. The murdering of all the freaks was just the shock value the show needed. There hadn't been any since Asylum

That part I don't have a problem with.

if this is it for Jessica Lange on AHS, then I wonder what "star" they will get to replace her

The second half was just a lazy ending, that seems to be the consensus on Reddit. Dandy and Elsa got off way too easy, she should've ended up in her own personal Hell via the voodoo dude from last season.

Probably Bassett.

so were the freaks in their own "heaven" where they get to be together and continue the show?
Posted on 1/21/15 at 10:41 pm to hsfolk
I guess. Elsa certainly didn't belong there though.

Just finished watching the replay.
WTF? So Dandy kills everyone, is killed himself, Elsa dies and they all end up in freak heaven? You serious, bro? That's the ending you're going with? Lame.
This is the problem with these story lines only being one season long. No big end of season "OMG" twist moments. Would have loved for Dandy to have survived to kill some more and maybe his story line pop up in a future season.

Been watching the series since season 1, and been following y'alls thread all season.
I enjoyed the ending. I think it tied up lose ends nicely. I know people here are pissed because Elsa wasn't punished enough but I always felt sorry for her. All she ever wanted was love, something she never got in the real world. She was finally able to find it in death. Dandy got his just ending, and the twins lived happily ever after.
All in all in was a great season. Better than 2 and 3, but not as good as 1. Can't wait till next year.

Sorry, but I didn't like the massacre at the camp. Seemed rushed and without much intensity.

Show needs more Dylan McDermott. Less old ladies. Jessica is fine, just in doses she's better.

Can this damn show ever deliver on the promise even once?
No.
Underwhelming finale to an underwhelming season.
