A rather Lewd Question for all the fans of Friends.

In the episode where ross "accidentally" films himself having sex with rachael, they decide to watch the video. After they compliment each other for a few seconds they get into the meat of the video (we can assume since they never showed it).
Now, after roughly 20 seconds of oohing and aahing about how good they look together, the both have a disugsted look on their face, say ohno, and rush to stop the tape and take it out of the VCR.
now the question: What caused them to have that reaction?
My initial thought is that ross was quick on the trigger after not having had sex for 6 months, pulled out, and blew all over rachaels face, but then why would he be disgusted by the video if that were the case. I could see why she would be, but wouldn't he be sitting there with a shite-eating grin on his face thinking "yea, das right bitch"?
What is your take on what disgusted them into turning the video off so fast?
did ross decide to go in doggy and have his a-hole facing straight into the camera? No one wants to see that.
did rachael start gagging while going down on him and throw up all over the place?
It really is open to interpertation.

It wasn't a video of them having sex.
It was an episode of "Friends", and it took their stupid asses 20 seconds to realized how fricking horrible the show was.

That was the night he got her pregnant so there was no pulling out.
