watched it for the first time on AMC today
really enjoyed it, very suspenseful movie

Hard to choose between Falling Down and A Perfect Murder for MD's #1. Viggo Mortensen is awesome in his role too

I loved it, and so do people I know who have seen it. But it seems like it's one of those movies where you've either seen it or never heard of it, with no middle ground.
It's just a cool "sit back and enjoy the ride" kind of movie that doesn't make much sense till it's over IMO. If you like different, suspense-y type movies, you'll like it.

Pretty good movie, although it was too similar to Dial M for Murder, one of my favorite Hitchcock movies. Not sure if it was meant to be a remake, but the Hitchcock film was much better.

I saw it back in the 90s but I don't really remember too much about it other than disliking Gwyneth Paltrow.

Wasn't a remake, but it was based off the Hitchcock classic.
