It is not good. And it takes up valuable movie screens where non-3D movies could be played.

It is the very rare movie that uses 3D well, and it's typically animated. Otherwise, I wholeheartedly agree. Just a way to charge more for tickets

Just go see it in 2D.

It's already improved a great deal since Avatar.

Movies actually filmed in and for 3D with the proper cameras and everything look cool. And the tech continues to improve.

Though I do prefer Imax 2D, there's no reason to scrap an entire new technology because you're a whiny bitch.

The last movie that I thought benefited from the use of 3D was Avatar.

Not to me. Every movie I've ever seen in 3D, I preferred in 2D.

I do, whenever possible. The issue is, a lot of the newer movies in IMAX are only playing in IMAX 3D (at least where I live). I love IMAX, but I fricking hate IMAX 3D.

I actually always pay the extra for the 3D bluray version when buying movies. I enjoy them at home.
