Was just looking at Zak Snyders wiki page and noticed there will be a prequel to 300 released later this year.

2013 will be a big year for Snyder with Man of Steel and this set to be in theaters later this year.

smells like straight to DVD shite. Snyder is not even directing it.

He's producing. Frank Miller wrote the story again.

Is Paolo still playing the bad guy? The movie was visually appealing but dragged.

I loved 300 in theaters. I left the movie completely jacked. The visuals were amazing and it felt a lot like the graphic novel, which I had read and loved. Weeks went by. I continued to think about the movie. Began to realize it is actually a steaming pile of shite. Popped it into the blu-ray player after it came out. Confirmed the movie was steaming pile of shite.

Later confirmed that Zack Snyder is a pretty terrible director. The only movie of his that I find worth a damn is Watchmen, and even it isn't all that great. He is the reason I was and remain skeptical of Man of Steel, but I must say the trailer and attachment of Christopher Nolan have me intrigued.

Another 8ft tall drag queen fight another gay pride parade? Too much drama lama.
