Weeden has thrown nice deep balls since he was drafted (and I'm sure at OSU). He just has very little touch on short throws, makes terrible decisions with ball, has no footspeed, and takes an ungodly number of sacks.

As for Josh Gordon, he's like a perpetually inebriated Terrell Owens.
