Isaiah must have really incriminating pictures of Dolan.

The good thing about this is it made me dig up the column Bill Simmons wrote about Thomas' sexual harassment trial. What a complete and utter shitshow. The New York tabloids had a field day with that -- including details like Stephon Marbury banging a Knicks intern in his truck.

I consider someone a piece of shite if they don't treat situations like this the same and laugh at people who bring up double standards.

If a guy beats the shite out of a girl, he deserves punishment. If a girl beats the shite out of a guy, she deserves the same punishment. If a girl beats the shite out of a girl, she deserves the same punishment.

It's that simple. Call it whatever you want.

I do too, but the article is asking for swift action from a league that doesn't generally see problems of this sort (too my knowledge). That's where the author loses me. It doesn't lessen the crime, but I'm not sure the WNBA has the domestic violence issues the NFL has. We're comparing apples and oranges here.

The NFL gets call out because it consistently employs more wife beaters, drunks, murders, rapist, etc than any other sport. Men get called out for a litany of things because we have a checker and detailed history in our patrichial society.

There was also no outrage when Hope Solo was being a thug POS. It should be about the damage inflicted and that domestic violence is never acceptable, not a certain demographic getting raked over the coals.

I think it's bad because it's usually a much stronger man beating up on a much weaker woman.

No real media outrage, but US Soccer did suspend her at least.

The WNBA and USA basketball look silly for claiming they're "still investigating" when there was already a plea.
