Any chance ballet could help my golf swing? ETA: I just feel like control of bodily momentum from ballet could translate well. Never thought about it until now. My life goal at this point is to spend enough time playing to make the Champions Tour when I'm an old frick.
It's completely pointless to have strength if you can't control it or keep the strength throughout motion. And it doesn't help to have big muscles if the smaller ones are spent after an hour.
