Would Minnesota winning B1G Championship keep TCU over Baylor?

Would be an interesting development. Minnesota defeats Wisconsin today then goes on to beat a Barrett-less Ohio State team in the title game.
The committee has obviously favored TCU over Baylor all season despite Baylors head to head victory over the Horned Frogs, would the TCU victory over the "B1G TEN Champs" be enough for the committee to justify keeping TCU ahead of Baylor?

It seems the committee will do anything to keep TCU ahead of Baylor
