I found it interesting what randy moss said about ap running the fastest final half mile in Travers history. Do you think if Joel doesn't get hurt and sets Frosted further back would AP have been able to hold off Keen Ice?

Maybe. The Travers proved AP was beatable. The casual racing fan has no clue how much the TC trail takes on a horse. Take for example Mucho Mach Man. He ran in all 3 TC races and Ritvo shut him down, got the horse ready at Gulfstream. The rest is history. Personally I would ride Lezcano again on Frosted.

I agree that he is beatable and Mucho was my fave that year. I saw him win the Risen Star at Fairgrounds. He was like 17 hands and when he finally filled out, turned into a very nice horse. Gary Stevens struck gold getting him and Beholder after coming out of retirement.
