Im not trolling. It is really a concern that a front office may have.
The NBA is 74% black. Dell Demps is only 1 of 3 black general managers out of 32 teams. If they fire him, they will get a backlash whether it is deserved or not. That is just the way things are nowadays.
The same would be true with Gentry.

Bringing espn into the discussion disqualifies anything you say after that. Both Demps and Gentry need to be fired and Joe Dumars needs to be brought in to run things. That should playcate anyone's delicate sensibilities and give us success simultaneously.
