Why NFC vs NFC on CBS?

Anyone know why a game between two NFC teams, Seattle and Chicago, is being televised on CBS? I thought Fox did NFC, and CBS did AFC...

Welcome to the NFL. I'll never understand why it gets so much hype when we get 4 games every Sunday, usually 3 are regional crap.
