Why does the majority think GB rolls Dallas this weekend?

I continue to see a lot of people saying GB and Rodgers will roll in both the media and here on the MSB. I'm not saying it isn't possible, but I refuse to see how anyone is actually extremely confident in GB this weekend. They are hot, yes. But this is still essentially the same team Dallas beat earlier this season.

Just several notes I feel like that have been ignored in the media and on the MSB:

- Dez will play in this game. No matter what anyone says, Dez is a threat on the field on every play he is in. The first game this season there was no Dez and Dallas and Dak still hit the GB secondary for 247 yards on 18-27 passing, including three touchdowns. Having Dez on the field will only further increase that threat.

- Claiborne is back. He played against GB the first time and gave up two catches for 22 yards. While he may be a bit rusty coming off the injury, it certainly won't hurt having him back. Also, the emergence of Anthony Brown (A 6th round pick whom has a higher grade from PFF than every other rookie CB who was taken in the 1st round) is also relevant in the secondary.

- Jordy Nelson is hurt. The baw has broken ribs. He likely will and I expect him to play, but how effective can he really be? Not saying it's impossible, but it definitely takes some of his effectiveness out of the picture.

Everything else about the match up is known. Dallas' rush defense is solid, while their rushing attack is dominant and dominated GB the first time around. If GB doesn't take the lead early and make the Cowboys rely on the passing game then it's game over.

Just my take, interested to hear what others think about the game and why they feel that way.

Enjoy our cheerleaders. There may be one chick in GB that's like an OT 6.

Rolls? I don't know about that. They can definitely win because they have Aaron freaking Rodgers.

Green Bay is far from the same team that Dallas beat in October. They are much improved on both sides of the ball. It will be a close game through the first half then Rodgers will blow it open in the second half. This game will come down to QB play. Rodgers >>>>>>>>>>> Dak

I've seen it all over the place, especially on this board.

Plenty of people have said Dallas has no chance.

I wouldn't say the majority of people I talk to think that GB will win, but the ones that do cite the fact that Rodgers has playoff experience and Dak does not. Dumb reasoning, but that's what some people I know think.

More than half? I haven't seen that here, or anywhere for that matter.

These three predictions were just on the first page after using the search bar. They go on for at least 6-7 more pages, but I'm too lazy to quote them all.

I'd say 10 points or more in the divisional round of the NFL playoffs would be considered 'rolling'.

A handful of people pick GB and you turn that into the majority.

Dallas is the favorite across the board.

I mean we will find a way to frick it up.

No matter that situation.

Just hoping we're still god's favorite team without the roof being open.

Whatever it is, it's definitely not the 22 TDs/0 INTs in GB's last 8 games or the 7 straight wins.

Do you want to go through the search bar and pull everyone of them out lol?

Even the local media has talked about it here. Everyone is hyped on the Pack's win streak and Rodgers.

Lol I'm pretty convinced we lose just because that would be a total Dallas thing to do after going 13-3, but I'm hoping it doesn't happen just because we aren't injury ridden for once.

Why in the world would I want to do that? It's your argument.

The local media is talking about Aaron Rodgers having good a chance to win? Crazy.

A) A lot of people like to troll the Cowboys fans here.

B) The majority of people think Dallas will win, evidenced by GB being a 4-point dog in Vegas.

Rodgers is a all time GOAT type qb. He is a X factor. That cannot be denied. Dallas has the better overall team and home field advantage.

Key to the game is Dallas getting pressure with front 4...not just sacks but making the ball come out quicker.

Second key is Claiborne and his health.

No, they're talking about the national media and everyone else giving Dallas no shot after they skullfricked GB on the road.

They're Dallas fans. They're overly confident when their team is shitty and they're insecure when their team is good. Nothing is new about this.

The Packer D is due for a "Packer D" type game...so I fully expect Dez and Zeke to run wild. Only way the Pack wins is if they can do it in a 42-37 type game. I don't have high hopes for a victory, so I will be getting good and drunk at the Packer bar here in Chicago.
