Why does Peyton Manning never take his helmet off?

On the sidelines, even after the game shaking hands and doing interview he has the helmet on.

Ricky Williams did this and was criticized for being standoffish, have never heard Of Peyton being criticized for it.

To be honest, and I'm not making fun of Peyton's huge eight head, but if it fits right it hurts to take it off. I never took my helmet off in high school except for halftime and after the game because it hurt so bad. I don't understand how all these helmets nowadays just slip off players heads. Probably, a reason many of them get concussions.
