I have heard this done at Wrigley, The Cell, Miller Park, Twins in the old Metrodome, and Busch. All fan based recognize great plays and applaud accordingly.
Calling Busch "Baseball Heaven" and the fan base the best in baseball is the most asinine thing I have seen at a ball park.

I had no experience with Cardinals fans until I moved to the Midwest. They've been pretty awful in general, especially thinking they are God's gift to baseball. St. Louis is a generally shitty city, so I guess they have to have something to hang their hat on.
