Pick a player you would clone to fill an entire football team. Base your pick on any attributes you like.

My pick: Cam Newton
I was torn between Le'Veon Bell and Newton, but went with Newton's throwing ability as an important attribute. He has the size and speed to play all the offensive skill positions, providing he can learn route running. He could be passable on the O-Line and D-Line. I don't know that he has the defensive instincts to be a really good linebacker or corner, but he should make a fine safety. Special teams would likely be a disaster.

22 Newtons with all the Cammy Cam Juice might not beat a decent college team, now that I've broken it down. Oh well, who you got?

22 honey badgers. No amount of coaching could beat those instincts.

Ditka

I don't know why but this just made me laugh.

Ditka was a great athlete...could run and catch...and probably pass.

One player for all-positions?

I would probably just put 11 Earl Campbells on the field and see a bunch of fat collisions.

Of course the real answer is everyone would tak 11 Bo Jacksons.

the honest answer is Gronk or JJ Watt Probably. Someone who could play offensive/defensive line and also a skill position.

I did have Bo Jackson in mind, as well as some of the old two-way players like Bednarik, Grange and Thorpe. Chuck was the only big guy of that group at 230 lbs.

Bo Jackson is the strongest SOB for his size in NFL history with the greatest lower body strength next to Barry Sanders.

Can you imagine two DE's on each side rushing that are Bo Jackson...who is going to block them?

Noboby! We are talking about one of the top 3 fastest players in NFL history with the body of a linebacker.

And then you have 3 Bo linebackers...who is going to block them? NObody...

And 3 BO DBs! What receiver is getting away from Bo...maybe the most athletic person in human history? Nobody!

And then a safety that can hit like Bo like he plowed over defenders.

And then on offense! You have two Bo running backs and 3 Bo receivers...

Guess what, no blocking necessary...so forget about size on the line and all that jazz...that stuff is overrated.

It's speedball - not size ball - it has been since 1980's.

JJ Watt is the answer here. Defensive backfield would be a problem, but hopefully you get to the QB literally every time.

And I actually think an offense with 11 Watts would do just fine.
