They are still a good team but the fact remains that they were better with Harden.
Yea, but they had to move him. That trade was absolutely terrible for them, but Harden wasn't going to be on the 2013-2014 roster pretty much no matter what anyway. Obviously they gave up way more than they got back, but it's better than getting nothing back this year after he left.
They probably would have been even better with Harden on the roster this year, but they are still the top team in the west with a healthy RW.

You do realized they finished 1st in the West in 2013, which improved upon their 2012 season in regards to winning percentage and standings, right?
No Westbrook injury in the playoffs and they're right back in the Finals.
But yea, they'll be in the lottery before we know it.
There is no way you could possibly know this for a fact. and just because they are the #1 seed doesn't mean they would have made it.
No one is saying they are a bad team or that they will be a lottery team soon but to say they haven't lost a lot of talent and got a little worse from a strictly roster stand point is just dumb

No one is trying to say the Thunder aren't good. We are just saying that with Harden they are a better team and without Harden they are a worse team. That is true. That doesn't mean they still aren't possibly the best in the WEST

Wasn't he restricted? They should have traded Ibaka. I still can't believe they essentially chose him over Beard.

Ibaka started and Harden didn't + OKC built it's team to be able to beat the Lakers by having 2 bigs a couple years ago.
Not that i disagree with you b\c Harden IS a superstar. I'm glad he left though. He would have just been another Ginobili if he stayed there. A guy who could have been a top 10 player if he didnt settle for 6th wheel all the time.
