Without a doubt it has to be college basketball. They can take over a game. Refs can be calling a game one way then in the last 5 minutes shift completely. Crews vary tremendously in the way they call games as well

Ya NHL for sure. It's the only one that doesn't enforce basic rules

I saw Kafka say something one time and it's perfect for threads like this.

"Whatever it is, it's not close."

Football. Spotting the football after a play is so inconsistent.

NBA because it seems so random, completely based on the personalty of the official and changes throughout the game.

NFL might be bad, but they're consistent with their bad interpretation of PI and holding...usually.

If you are talking about after a first down, the training is to start it on a hash

But they unenforce them in a consistent way 60% of the time.

NBA officiating is horrible. If there's just a slight tap and a flop the flopper goes to the line 99% of the time. Shite is wack af.

SEC. I know you asked for a specific sport but SEC refs are horrendous at all of them.

Sec refs might have some bias but if you watched a Pac-12 season you would know they are simply incompetent. Which !makes late night pac games games a total entertaining farce.

NBA... Just watch a middle of the road team play the Warrior/Cavs and you'll see Curry/LBJ do whatever they want on defense..

Harden jumping on Jrues back and Jrue got the foul is all you need to see.

FIFA is pretty horrible.

I find the NBA is very relaxed in actually enforcing rules (travelling in particular).
