Which sport has the biggest old boys network?

I'm asking because there has not been a European born NHL coach in 15 years. Despite European players being around 40% of the league for awhile. Canadians have that league on lock.

NHL is still a different style of play than Euro, and they only make up about 25%.

Rinks are different size in some leagues. Not all. Finland uses NHL rinks and most Finns speak English.

Also. Russian teams has hired Canadian coaches despite this.

NFL. My SIL's brother, and good friend of mine, is in the league. He went from Houston to Baltimore to Denver all with Kubiak, most of the time on the practice squad. He's currently in Tennessee, but those coaches take who they know with them (players and coaches) over outsiders for sure.
