Which PAC-12 team will finish higher and go to the Rose Bowl?

Colorado who is getting blown out by UW right now and lost to USC, but won the South? Or USC, who beat Colorado, but had more losses in the regular season (and now have the same number of losses)? When are the final rankings?

They're close enough that they'll slide USC in front of Colorado. When asked, they'll say it was close between the two so they went to the Tiebreaker (head to head. No one is going to complain, certainly not the rose bowl.

That's not an argument. And I am a realist in life; most SC fans call me a pessimist. Convince me that Colorado is better than SC and I'll listen.
