In the (very unlikely) event LeBron plays another 6-7 years for the Cavs and doesn't bring home a title?

Browns and Indians are much more popular, so not sure it would jump the drive or 97 World Series.

I don't think this series is that heartbreaking because I doubt even most diehards expected to win...the Drive, the Fumble, and Jose Mesa 1997 were the worst Cleveland sports moments

But LeBron is not only a Cleveland icon, but a sports icon. This is this generation's greatest player. Yes, that hypothetical situation will be worse than the Indians or Browns failures.
