Where to buy college jerseys with players names on back?

I see guys on campus with Fournette LSU jerseys, and I've even seen some with DJ Chark Jr. on the backs.
Just curious where these guys are buying these? Are these bought off of some illegal site out of China or something?

I'm sorry I already googled and it just brings me to Nike websites that allow you to put your own name on the back. I assumed these people were using an alternate method.

You can get them in China. The site I go to has tons of college jerseys, and Ive only looked at Georgia jerseys, but they have ones with Eason, Chubb, and Michel off the current team, and tons others.
I trust the site. Ive gotten a Dansby Swanson Braves jersey, and a PK Subban Preds jersey from there. Its the exact same jersey that you get in the states but around 75% cheaper.

If you've seen them, they are either:
1) Actual jerseys that the player's once wore
2) Chinese knockoffs
3) Homemade
No one is allowed to legally sell jerseys with current players names on them....NCAA rule.
