Where does Tony Parker rank on your current NBA point guards list?

Had a debate last night with a friend. I think Tony Parker is a top 3 pg currently - my friend doesn't think so.
The debate also involved CP3 vs Tony Parker as well. Would any of you take Parker over CP3?
Anyway, here are the relevant PGs to consider for your lists:
Irving
Parker
Rondo
Curry
CP3
Conley
Rubio
Westbrook
Lillard
Wall
Rose

Top 3-5 for sure. He is #2 to CP3 imo when fully healthy.

1st
He doesn't get as much credit due to the other studs.
He is top 3 player in league. Yes very distant from top 2 but he is still #3 in the league. Having a great team around him makes it seem as though he isn't as valuable/good.

Top 3-4
I'd still take CP3 over TP, but Parker is still damn good

i'd put him #2 behind CP3. parker is severely underrated by most imho

Paul and Westbrook are definitely ahead of him. If Curry counts as a point guard, then also him. He is somewhere between 4-6 with Lilliard and Wall. I cannot rate Rose until he is playing, which is never. Ahead of Kyrie, Rondo, and Conley. Certainly way ahead of Rubio.

Hes def top 3 and an argument could be made for #1. Anybody that has him lower than 3 doesn't understand basketball.

He's been pretty banged up this year I think.

Let me ask one more Tony Parker question. My said friend believes the Spurs could beat the Heat without Tony Parker. Thoughts?

He's top 3 easily.

not a good one

he's a drive and dish pg, which is pretty common today.
cp3 is by far the #1 in the game
it will be hard to argue parker is better than westbrook (just look at the stats). they're similar and westbrook out-paces parker in doing the same things (even with his inefficiencies)
wall is another defense/drive-dish guy who is very similar to parker. better on D, slightly worse on O
then if we're including curry, his offensive advantage can easily be argued to make up for the defensive shortcomings (as parker is not a great defensive player on his own, anyway)
i'll give you an underrated guy who can possibly be put ahead of parker: kyle lowry
lillard id curry-lite. probably won't win the argument, but he's in it

Since he understands his role to get dudes open he doesn't score as much. This keeps him from winning. "Little frenchy" as my grandma calls him is the man. Anyone who says differnt is special ed.

If you replace Parker with another top 5 PG, maybe.
If you just take Parker out and put in a generic NBA PG then your friend is an idiot. This is Parker's team. Duncan and Ginobili are past their prime. They are pieces and Parker is the star.

Well we were talking about the possibility of Parker missing the NBA finals with his ankle injury, and my friend said it wouldn't matter because the Spurs would still win
