Where does Herb Adderley rank on the all-time NFL list?

His accomplishments entail between top 20-25.
He wasn't simply Deion before Deion, he was Herb Adderley: winning and consistency personified. Also remarkable how he transitioned from star college halfback to HOF cornerback with such ease at Lombardi's urging.

He was really good.... but as you have stated OVER and OVER that they didn't pass that much when he played... Sanders had a way tougher time playing in the passing era.....and he was even more effective against better athletes than when Herb played... AGAIN you will not look at the whole picture....
It's kind of sad actually....

But if he was the exalted BEST COVER CORNER, then why did Sanders have a way tougher time playing in the passing era? That context was incredibly suitable for his elite pass coverage skills and acquiring massive INTs so I'd presume it was easy for him. Inherently, cornerbacks are the fastest athletes on the field and both were elite sprinters.

WHAT???
Head coaches didn't even pass to Sanders side of the field... NO cornerback in history has that distinction... AGAIN you are a young dude spewing about stats that knows nothing about how the whole game is played...........

Eventually he'll have to reach the end of that stats book he bought.

But quarterbacks didn't throw the ball much then bc the pass defense rules favored the defense thus discouraging QBs from passing the ball thus rendering it more difficult for cornerbacks to acquire interceptions due to lack of passes. Despite all that Adderley averaged 4 INTs/season throughout his career whereas Deion averaged 3. I'm aware teams didn't pass to Sanders Island, it all offsets each other.

But yet you keep bragging about Tarks stats..... You are out of control and do not realize you have ZERO chance with me in ANY sports debate....

Yeah, he was an all-time quarterback who didn't win a Super Bowl bc he broke NFL records despite that disadvantageous context therefore ahead of the curve when he played.

OK.. Who was A better QB... Bart Starr or Tark???????

Ok now you done created a new argument: of course it's Bart Starr, he was an NFL MVP, 2x Super Bowl MVP, led the Packers to 5 NFL championships, 2 Super Bowls, twice had passer ratings that exceeded 104, 4 seasons with pass completion pct 62%+, averaged 13.7 Y/C, 8 Y/A, 104.8 career playoff passer rating, and 15-3 playoff TD/INT ratio. The epitome of excellence.

YUP... And he DID NOT do it ALONE... He had GREAT players around him.. Just like Tark.......
Nothing else needs to be said.............
And as far as THIS thread.. The same can be said between Sanders and Herb.... Sanders played in more of A passing league.... He had coaches scratching their head trying to find A way to get the ball to that side of the field.... IF you ever watched A game when he was playing... You would see this............
