Where does Cutler end up?

With the Bears GM and coach being fired does Cutler stay as a Bear or does go to the likes of Cleveland or Tampa Bay?

He is not an elite football player, but he's about league average in stats and has a TON of wins under his belt. He'd instantly make teams better that have a big hole at QB on an otherwise strong team like the Cardinals (if Palmer doesn't come back) or Texans.
He would be disastrous with the Titans. That OL is awful and the defense isn't keeping them in any games. Not to mention good, but not great WRs, and average RBS.

Cutler has a similar reputation as young romo. The hate is understandable but he's not a complete lost cause. He'd be an upgrade for about 10/12 teams.

And I don't see a big difference between him and stafford. Both have never won a playoff game and underperform with mega talent and force passes for picks at horrible times. The main difference being stafford had that one monster season
