When do the New York Yankees end their eight-year ringless drought?

It's been eight years. A small rebuild. I'm a Yankee fan, but New Yorkers are restless. Does it end tonight by upsetting the AL-best Cleveland Indians?

Yeah 8 years is so long to go without a world series. Just ask the cubs and the rest of baseball.

It's tough being a Yankees fan, huh?

New York never wins in anything.

For the Steinbrenner family, it is.

No, tonight is game 1 of an American League Division Series.

They don't hand out rings for these games.

Girardi is a decent manager, he makes foolish decisions, but he's decent.

In two years when they buy Harper and whoever else from that stacked FA class.

Well they went 40 years between Stanley Cup titles and haven't won again.

And the Knicks haven't won since 1973...and only twice.

It's only baseball and the Yankees that keeps NY sports relevant. If it wasn't for the Yankees, NY would have very few sports titles. So it makes sense New Yorkers are all in and restless with the Yankees.

If they don't end the EIGHT year drought this year, then they never will.

You're obviously not a football fan.
