When did blocked shots stop counting as missed field goals in the NBA?

If they did stop counting them as missed FGs (due to the other team touching the ball) how is an air-ball that goes directly to the other team considered a missed-FG?

A block is still considered a missed FG.

Then why was Lebron 11-34?
He was at 11-33 before being blocked twice by green (and once before those two blocks earlier in the game) before missing his last shot...
So shouldn't he have been 11-37?

You might be referring to a jump ball.
I don't think that counts as a shot.

Or on Jan 3rd this year when he missed his 13th game tying last second shot in a row stretching back to March 2012, were any of those 13 blocked?
LINK
Because if they were that seems unfair right? This isnt a troll just asking

It was blocked on the shot and then they tussled over the ball leading to the jump ball.
I just find it humorous that Lebron is shooting 38% from the finals this series but he is praised...while Kobe shot better and is attacked for poor shot selection.
