I'm rooting for him but disappointed to see he hasn't improved. His lack of improvement combined with not showing up on time for meetings (getting him fines and quarter suspensions) make the "not working hard enough" label seem more fair than just basing this off his wooden indian persona off the field.
I think he may need to get cut to understand that you have to bust your arse to stay in the NFL, let alone improve enough to be relevant on the national scene. It is sad because he seems likable and I've never heard of him getting in trouble off the field.

LOL, he's not done in the league. He clearly can play the position. He'll just be an underacheiver and not make/do as much as he could if he applied himself a little more.
