What's the deal with fox feed?

I first noticed it on womens World Cup, then watching the US amateur championship today, and now the titans rams game. I can't really put my finger on it, but it seems really jumpy. It's almost unwatchable. This is in cox cable in bato rouge, by the way. Anyone else notice this? Anyone know what the problem is or if they are working on getting it fixed?

I'm on Dish and it looks crappy, almost like watching a bad twitch/youtube feed
