What's the best way to get an end cap back onto a bat?

My end cap is not staying on very well on my bat. I can put it back on, but it will pop back off after 3 or 4 hits. I've tried using some sort of epoxy, but that didn't work for very long. And no, I did not cork or shave it.

You need an epoxy that is at least 1200 pounds of burst strength. It is a two part. I use it regularly with shaved bats and it works great

I believe its a 3m epoxy

make sure you have a clean, tight fit, and let it cure
