Nah, time was down to 1:30 before the first down snap cause the clock ran after spotting the ball. They would have only needed to run off 10 seconds between 4 plays, which is guaranteed even just kneeling the ball and running around a bit on 4th and throwing it away. Delay dropping straight down on the knee, and you don't even have to snap it on 4th.
