Going back a bit, John Riggins...huge season with the Jets then goes to the Skins for a couple forgettable seasons before busting out for several years including a couple super bowl appearances. I think he might have even been MVP of one of them. Probably more due to injuries and the way the Skins used him when he first signed with them than actual slump.

I was thinking Reggie as well but I wouldn't necessarily say he has "resurrected his career". If anything he is showing signs of progress.
