What happens if both the Cowboys and Seahawks finish 12-4?

I'm hearing that the Seahawks would be the number 1 seed? How does that make sense if the Cowboys won head to head?

Because it cant be head to head with 3 teams tied at 12-4

Because either Green Bay or Detroit is going to be 12-4 because they are both 11-4 and play each other this week. Making there be a 3 way tie with 3 teams being 12-4 and the tiebreaker in that scenario is best conference record
