What a blown opportunity by Houston.

Unbelievable.
Up 3 with the ball and it all went downhill from there (save for Ryno's 3).
Should have won this thing in OT with no Kawhi.

I'm a big Harden homer and I'll be the first to say he was atrocious in OT. Damn.

SA is a regular season team

Atrocious OT by Houston.
For as good as their O is when they execute, they're equally as terrible when they stand still and let Harden iso.

What in the hell was he doing? All he had to do was penetrate in OT. Instead he was just chucking up bricks. Trying to draw ticky tack fouls when he just needed to put the ball in the basket. And Gordon was pitiful in OT. Shooting when he has no business and then can't dribble the ball.

Harden just hasn't been good in clutch moments in the playoffs

The offense is at its best when Harden is driving to the basket and finding the open shooters. Way too many wasted possession ISO bullshite by Harden in OT. This OT was like a punch in the gut to me.

The one year I go for Houston because I hate the spurs reminds me harden sucks in the big stage. They had tony Parker out and Leonard hurt and still can't win. They deserve to lose that game with that crappy play in overtime.

Once Harden's legs were gone, we were screwed. If the players were robots without feelings, benching Harden would have been the right call.
LeBron James rarely gets tired legs late in games, and I'm jealous.

We're acting as if this isn't the offense he's known for...

Harden was not good in OT but this game was lost in the 4th on all of the missed 3's that were really good looks. It should have been Houston up 10+ at 2 min mark.

Coulda, woulda, shoulda. Spurs also went on a stretch in the 4th where they missed 14 straight shots. Many wide open. In games like that, it's all about just getting it done. Spurs are great at making plays when they need to.

Harden's game just doesn't work late in games in these types of playoff series. He was very hesitant and indecisive. It is so difficult to win on 3 pointers. One big reason Curry was able to do it all the way through to a championship is that he gets his shot off so much faster.

We tried our fricking best to fritter that game away. Should have had some breathing room down the stretch.
Verde's buckets in the 4th were fricking massive. The stones on that dude, Jesus. That first three was deep af. And then he dribbled and pissed me off again before the and 1

The craziest aspect of the game to me was the level of play in the first three quarters vs 4q and ot
Not James Harden blowing big games though. That's nothing new

Turned into a slugfest of a game. Tired legs, just playoff battle of wills. Not pretty stuff, but classic stuff.

Objective viewers of the NBA aren't surprised that Houston can't get it done when they had the chance for a dagger
