Navy/notre dame in Dublin is far from terrible

Eh, Navy is coming off a 4-win season, has a new staff for the first time in 15 years, and were picked to finish in the bottom half of a weakened AAC.

There's always a chance that Notre Dame face-plants when they shouldn't, but if this is the most appealing Week 0 matchup, then it frankly is a lousy opening slate of games.

Also, the traditional option offense essentially got murdered w/the new blocking rules so I'm guessing all the teams that run that style of offense are in for a world of pain for the next few years.

Let’s circle back to that take at halftime.

I bet it will be.

Louisiana Tech-FIU is going to be fun. It’s going to be 100 degrees in Ruston Saturday so thank goodness it’s an 8pm kickoff. Still brutal. I’m hearing good things about our new QB transfer from Boise State.

Might watch a little of the Notre Dane game.

Definitely skipping the rest.

Horrible boring slate of games.

The only game i'll watch with any interest is hoping Navy beats Notre Dame, even though i'm an army guy.

How sad no one will see the USC game because it's on PAC 12 network. You have a window to yourself and no one will watch USC play.
It's laughable in this day and age.

Ohio at SDSU is a solid match up and should be a much better game than ND v Navy.

The Bobcats have a decent shot at making a NY6 run and the Aztecs are generally pretty solid.

It's better than week zero last year

Nah.

Illinois v Wyoming and Nebraska v Northwestern alone made it better. Not great, but better.

Week 0 should be nothing but a handful of interesting and exciting matchups to get things going.

The best game of the week is on Sunday and other than that there are no ranked vs ranked teams the rest of the week.

UNC vs South Carolina is the 2nd best game of the week, gotta imagine South Carolina is just outside the top 25. But that's your Saturday headliner.
