Marvin Lewis is a wizard for keeping his job all these years

He won't be traded but they should probably sit him for the rest of the year.

They've already benched him, the Bucs aren't going anywhere this year, he clearly isn't the answer and they can't risk him stubbing his toe and being on the hook for his 5th year salary in 2019.

He won’t be traded. He’s a decent NFL QB. He’s also a complete idiot. He’s also 24 years old. Drew Brees was still a Charger at 24 years old. Too early to give up on Winston.

Unfortunately, that's the toughest thing to fix in a person.

Mississippi State of the NFL - just be mediocre and you're golden.

Traded? For what? A bag of peanuts and a 7th round pick?

He needs to take a seat and watch someone steal his starting gig to be humbled

I actually though he seemed really cool and smart on Hard Knocks. Then I remembered the show is heavily edited.

Looks like he's back to being the starter. Fitz has been turning the ball over a lot, but this is a surprising move considering Winston's contract situation.
I guess this is a final audition for him in Tampa, hopefully for them he doesn't get hurt in the process or that'll be an expensive injury.

He somehow got accepted into Stanford. Though they most likely lower their expectations for athletes too.

Jameis and Fitz are 2 and 3 in the NFL in INTs. I want them to keep getting benched for each other and end up 1 and 2, Sam Darnold will probably have to get hurt though.
