Thought it was going to catch up to them earlier

Agree, tonight is what everyone was expecting when Benjamin went down. It took a while but it finally caught up to them.

They didn't get a shot with all of the passes flying ten yards over their heads

I saw at least 7 dropped passes tonight.

Do we get to talk about all the easy passes Cam missed too?

Cam didn't play great but he played well enough to win considering what he was up against. That pass Cotchery dropped inside the 5 was inch perfect then they missed the FG, the pass Ginn dropped inside the 20 that got picked off...

If they make those two catches the Panthers almost certainly win that game. Had they got a lead Denver was not going to score again.

Also the pass Cotchery "dropped" right before the sack fumble. I don't hold it against him too much because he caught and the refs screwed him but if he didn't bobble it it never goes to replay and he's got a 25 yard gain.

Almost certainly? Maybe they do, but that's a bit strong.

As an Ohio State fan, I was surprised how well they played. Besides Ginn's drop, they played well. Brown's last catch before his concussion, was a questionable throw (two guys there) but a good catch.

He gave up more points than he led his team to

I agree. It's a wonder they even won 14 games, let alone 15.

Yea man it's all on the QB when they get hit from their blindside.

Gotcha.

It's all the QB when things go well, but not when he lacks pocket awareness and turns it over.

They never established a run game and that defensive line teed off on Cam all night. Thought they should've done more with Cam running the ball. Either way, great performance by Denver's defense.

Their lack of playmakers on offense did them in. Won't change until they can correct it.

Name me one QB who would have fared better. Don't say Tom Brady, because he didn't even do much better with considerably more receiving threats.

Agreed. They haven't addressed that side of the ball in the draft the last few years, besides Benjamin and he was out.
