I would sue. It looked like he was running away and being jumped by a bunch of thugs. Lots of bouncers get away with some of the worst shite.

Aggravated Battery. Personally I say charge that bouncer with Attempted Murder. These guys must understand that you just can't pick someone up over your shoulder and slam them on their head. That Mayfield kid is extremely lucky he walked away from that. Very scary. And I see more and more of these slams of videos. What the hell are they thinking?
