Video Board Wars Now at the High School Level

Norcross High, a suburb of Atlanta, now has the largest video Board at the high school level. I can't believe Texas schools got beat at this.
"The new display board measures 29 feet, 5 inches by 51 feet, 5 inches and provides 1,513 feet of video space."
"With 518,400 pixels and 1,555,200 diodes, the board is also the highest-definition display screen for any secondary school entertainment or sports venue."

Norcross has been good as shite recently. Not surprised.

Lived in West Cobb for two years. The high schools in greater ATL are insane. Hilgrove HS where Kenyon Drake at Alabama played looks like a small university. Makes where I went to school in BR look like a dump. Hell, now most of the public schools in BR are hood.

Nuh uh.
Almost moved near Walton high and decided against it. Not a fan of Hwy 400 or the propensity for plastic surgery.

Good for them. They'll get bragging rights for a year, and then someone else will build one bigger.

how is thread even possible without a picture?

I guess that'll help improve the students' SAT scores.

Any sense of what level of academics this school is putting out?

Mandeville has a pretty small one. Do any other LA schools have a video board?
