lol did you start this thread because you are still upset that the one thread had ULL as the 4th best team in the state?

Yea, I was not expecting Tech to get swept. I had a feeling USM would win the series after we faced them a couple weeks ago. They have a strong team this year. Cajuns took 2 of 3 from them but were close to sweeping until USM came back and took us to extras in game 3 to salvage 1. They have a stud CF who also pitches and throws gas. He's prob the best player on their team and he's a freshman.
I think Tech was emotionally spent after beating UL on Wednesday in 13 innings. That being said, I'm sure the Bulldogs bounce back this week with a strong showing to get back into their groove.

I like the D1 Baseball podcast they do every Monday discussing the polls. Usually comes out late afternoon or Tuesday Morning I believe.

Agree. Collegiate Baseball poll has become a complete joke. As evidenced by teams going from unranked to top 10 in one week. Or going from top 5 to unranked.
