Fleury is now showing symptoms of the mumps, Pens recall Zatkoff from WBS.

Unfrickinbelievable.

Too much gay sex in the locker room for the Pens

Oooh always an excuse Hog. You're seriously going to use a virus that everybody thought was dead and extremely debilitating in adults (can even cause deafness) impacting your starting goalie and first line as an excuse?

You're starting to sound like a Lokomotiv Yaroslavl fan circa 2011.

Infertility I've read is the main concern with it in adults, testicles swell up.

If Fleury is confirmed tomorrow that is 16 players in the League that have had the mumps, and we wouldn't be anywhere near where we are without Fleury's play this season. He's been one of the best goalies in the league.

Marc-Andre Fleury's rankings among NHL starters: Shutouts 1st (5), GAA 3rd (2.10), Save percentage 4th (.927), Wins 2nd (17).

Crosby skated today.

So Edmonton or Carolina for McDavid? Much rather EDM.

Big win the Bruins tonight.

That's great to see about fluery - rarely do you see an athlete perform better after he gets the contract. I wonder how Pekka Rinne feels being ahead of him in the majority of those categories.

Not that huge a win for Boston. They are like the 2010 NY Jets: potential to reach a conference final but naaaaaaaaah not. Contender

It's fantastic for us, just gotta keep going and when it matters. SN NHL writer even said he'd be in his top 3 for the Vezina at this point, which is crazy to even wrap your head around.

Yes and no, finally getting healthy and beating Minnesota in Minnesota is a solid win that can boost a team. See what they can do over the next few games, but I agree, Boston isn't in that elite tier in the East anymore.

Kari's best game of the season imo. Kept them in it and let them sneak away with a game they probably shoulda lost.

The braindead turnovers this team manages to make in neutral ice absolutely confound me.

Still, bout time we won an ugly game like this.

it's concerning to me. because I feel like we've been saying this for about a year and a half now. I still like this teams potential, I really do. But it's time to grow up. If they can't make some sort of a run here in the next 2 or 3 weeks, the seasons over

That was absolutely Kari's best game of the year and it's not even close. As I texted you, if that game happened two or three weeks ago it's 3-0 at the first intermission.

Dallas hit rock bottom with the winnepeg loss. That's the loss that they're going to look at and turn the season around with.

Seriously though how hard is Edmonton about to continue tanking for McDavid? It's so obvious and they're about to put everyone on the trade block and completely rebuild around McDavid.

I don't think Carolina can out-tank them.

I'm surprised they put up the facade that they cared enough to save the season by firing their coach.

I can't hate too much, it's smart in the long run if McDavid really is the next superstar, the NHL is better when Edmonton is good and it's been awhile.

Going to the Jackets game tonight which probably means they lose. I think they're 2-4 when I've gone so far this year.
